What we do

Pressure washing isn't just spraying water and walking away. The wrong PSI etches concrete, strips paint, and forces water under siding. We use commercial-grade equipment with adjustable pressure and surface-specific tips, plus low-pressure soft-wash for delicate surfaces, so you get a deep clean without the damage.

Why we bundle with window cleaning

Pressure washing kicks up dirt, leaves, and debris that lands on freshly-cleaned glass. We always do siding and concrete first, then windows — saving you a return trip and a discount on the combined rate. Most full-house bundles run a few hundred dollars less than booking the two separately.

How it works

  1. Step 1 — Walk-around. We assess surface types, contamination, and access. Most quotes go out same day.
  2. Step 2 — Pre-treatment. Oil stains, mildew, and algae get a degreaser or biocide pre-treatment so the pressure does less of the work.
  3. Step 3 — Wash. Surface-specific tips and the lowest effective PSI. We move methodically, slow passes, no missed spots.
  4. Step 4 — Rinse and inspect. Final rinse, walk through with you, fix anything that's not perfect.

Common questions

What can you pressure wash?

Concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, brick walls, vinyl/wood/metal siding, decks (with appropriate PSI), fences, garage floors, and pool surrounds. We adjust PSI and tip for each surface so we clean without etching.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?

Not when it's done right. Vinyl and metal siding tolerate higher pressure. Painted wood and stained surfaces need lower pressure plus the right detergent — we use soft-wash technique on those. We test a small spot before committing.

Can you remove oil stains and tire marks?

Most of the time, yes. Fresh oil and rubber typically come out with a degreaser pre-treatment plus pressure. Old, deeply-set stains may lighten significantly but not disappear entirely; we'll tell you what to expect before starting.

Do you bring water?

We use your spigot. Pressure washing uses less water than people expect — most jobs run 30 to 60 gallons over a few hours, comparable to a couple of long showers.

How much does pressure washing cost?

Most residential jobs run $200–$600 depending on square footage, surface type, and contamination level. We bundle window cleaning + pressure washing for a discount when both are scheduled together.

Can you bundle pressure washing with window cleaning?

Yes — and we encourage it. Pressure washing kicks up dust and debris that lands on freshly-cleaned glass, so we always do siding and concrete first, then windows. Bundling saves you a return trip and we typically discount the combined rate.
