What we collect

When you use this website, we collect only what you give us:

Quote-form submissions: name, phone, optional email, the service you asked about, the town, and any notes you wrote.
Anonymous traffic data via GitHub Pages and Google Search Console (page visits, referrer, country) — used only to understand how people find the site.

We don't use third-party tracking pixels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). We don't run advertising cookies.

What we do with it

Quote-form submissions go to two places: a notification email to barrett@ocsllc.services via FormSubmit.co, and (if configured) HubSpot CRM where Barrett tracks leads. That's it. We use your contact info only to give you a quote and follow up about the work.

We don't sell, rent, or share your information. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask.

Photos & reviews

Photos shown in our gallery are from our own jobs. We never publish photos that show personally-identifiable details (visible house numbers, mail with names, license plates) unless we've asked first. If you see something on the site that's a problem, email Barrett and we'll take it down within 24 hours.

Customer reviews shown on the site come from Google Business Profile and are public there.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Browser-level functional cookies (preferences) may be set if you use the photo gallery's lightbox, but no personally-identifiable info is stored.

You can ask us at any time to:

See what we have on file about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your information entirely
