Plain-English terms for working with OCS LLC.

Quotes are firm — what we quote is what you pay, no hidden fees. If conditions on the day of work differ materially from what was discussed (added panes, hard-water that needs specialty treatment, structural damage requiring rework), we'll stop and discuss any change before continuing.
We confirm appointments the day before. Window cleaning typically requires temperatures above ~25°F and dry conditions; we'll reschedule (no charge) if weather makes the work unsafe or impractical.
For interior cleaning, we ask that you remove fragile items from window sills and let us know about any pets we should be aware of. We use drop cloths and shoe covers as standard.
We document any pre-existing damage (cracked glass, rotted wood sills, scratched coatings) before starting. We're insured for any damage we cause through negligence — but we don't take responsibility for issues that pre-existed our visit.
If you're not happy with a specific window or area, tell us during the walk-through and we'll fix it on the spot. If you find something later, call within 7 days and we'll come back free of charge.
Payment due on completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. Commercial recurring service is invoiced net-15 by default; net-30 available on request.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No fee for first-time cancellations; repeat last-minute cancellations may be charged a small re-scheduling fee.
OCS LLC (Opus Cordis Services LLC) is a licensed Montana business. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Unless you ask us not to, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We never publish photos that identify your property (no house numbers, no mail, no license plates).
